Nail of the Day: Essie Bahama Mama + Nailtini Millionaire

GOOD MORNING!!! :)

Thought it would be nice to take a break from all the advent calendar fun and do my first Nails of the Day post to add some variation! I have been a religious nail polisher for a while now, and just took a 2 months break from painting. It was tough, but I wanted my nails take a break from all the chemicals, breathe and go nude for a change :)

I bought Essie Bahama Mama a couple of months ago, and resisted the temptation to use it until recently. It is such a beautiful deep-plum/ wine color.
The formula was great, I reach opacity with 2 coats and followed it up with a topcoat. I then added a layer of Nailtini Millionaire (which I got from my IPSY Party Perfect bag)  on my ring fingers on both hands, and finished it off with a topcoat.
I love how pretty the color is, as you can tell, it is perfect for the cooler season :) Nailtini's Millionaire is such a unique color and polish. I have seriously fallen in love with this polish!

I did not manage to get a photo of the nails at natural lighting as area is pretty gloomy most of the time. The picture with a flash definitely does not do this color justice.
With Flash
I will update a picture if I do manage to have this color on on a bright day :)

You can purchase the bottles from amazon:

Yes, there will still be an advent post later today, stay tune!

xoxo,
Rachel
